Welcoming the Hajj Pilgrims to four reception centers

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set up four reception centers in Mecca this year to welcome pilgrims. Officials will receive the Pilgrims in Al-Nawariyat, Al-Zaydi, Al-Sharia, and Al-Huda before visiting Masjid Al Haram.

However, pilgrims will have to take special security measures while going to Masjid Al Haram. According to SPA, Deputy Minister for Hajj and Umrah Dr. Abdul Fattah Mushat said that the Ministry has laid down three modalities for the reception of pilgrims at the reception centers.

The first is that the pilgrims will arrive in buses approved by the Ministry in collaboration with Hajj companies. The official will check their Hajj Permit and the smart card ‘Shuayar. ‘

Then they will be taken to Masjid-ul-Haram by buses where they will perform Tawaf while the buses will take their belongings to the tent.

The second method is that the officials will welcome those pilgrims who will reach the reception center by buses of Hajj companies, and then they will be taken to Masjid-ul-Haram by the scheduled buses.

The third method deals with individual arrivals from private vehicles. The officials will hand over their goods to the company.

Here, they will wait for the scheduled buses to take them to Masjid-ul-Haram, where they will perform Tawaf. The company will deliver their goods to the tent.

Important Note:

The reception of pilgrims at the reception centers will begin on the 7th and 8th of Dhul-Hijjah. In this regard, the management will inform all the pilgrims about the scheme program of caravans. King assured all arrangements to serve pilgrims during Hajj complete

However, Ministry will appoint a health commander for the group of every 20 pilgrims.
