However, there are few changes because of Covid 19. Now every Visitor needs to register their Vaccine in an Online portal known as Muqeem. Muqeem Vaccine Registration is compulsory for all. However, the question is how to Register Your vaccine? Well, here is a detailed process for each type of Visitor

Before Arrival Muqeem Vaccine Registration for Umrah Pilgrims

You will first need to register your vaccination status on the portal based in Saudi Arabia at least 72 hours before departure. Since Umrah pilgrims are known as short-term pilgrims, you will first need to register your arrival details and a vaccination certificate on the Muqeem Platform

Vaccine Registration for the Vaccinated Tourists & Visitors:

After that, Choose your nationality type: ‘PAKISTAN’ and provide your passport number
Now, enter your correct Saudi visa number and enter your flight details.
Choose your destination and airline.
Choose the type and date of your vaccination.
Agree to the terms & conditions and submit your details.

Vaccine Registration for the NON Vaccinated Tourists & Visitors:

After that, Choose your nationality type: ‘PAKISTAN’ and provide your passport number
Now, enter your correct Saudi visa number and enter your flight details.
Select Quarantine Type: Hotel or Shelter Facility
Enter the name of the quarantine hotel.
Choose your destination and airline.
Choose the type and date of your vaccination.
Agree to the terms & conditions and submit your details.

Your vaccination record will get updated in a few minutes.

NOTE: Tourists or visitors who have not been vaccinated may get barred from entering Saudi Arabia.

Vaccine Registration for the Vaccinated Residents (iqama holders):

The procedure for Vaccinated Residents is a bit different. Here is how this works

Enter your residence number and provide your date of birth.
If you are travelling with dependents, be sure to include them all
Choose the type and date of your vaccination.
Agree to the terms & conditions and submit your details.

Your vaccination record will get updated in a few minutes.

NOTE: Before proceeding with the registration, Saudi citizens and non-Saudi residents (residents for locals) should confirm that they have already registered on the Tawaklana app.
