The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched a comprehensive mobile application, known as the Nusuk app, to assist pilgrims in managing their spiritual journey with ease. This application allows for seamless booking of Umrah permits as well as appointments for prayers in the highly esteemed Riyaz ul Jannah for both men and women.

Instructions For New users
New users needs to register themselves with the app.
You will see the following options available for GCC Resident, Visitor and Iqama Holders. Select your appropriate option and register yourself.
Logging in for the First Time
Start the Nusuk Application and you will see the option of Login
- Enter your Iqama Number/Border Number/Citizen Card number. You can also Login using Nafaz Application
- Enter Password
- Enter the Code that is sent to you on your registered Mobile number
How to Add Companions on Nusuk App?
For those looking to include family members in their Umrah plans, there is a simple way to add your wife and children older than five years.
Initially, you might encounter an error message indicating that the user is not registered on the Tawakkalna platform, which is an essential step in the process.
This registration requires an Absher account, where you will register a mobile number for Tawakkalna, agreeing to terms and conditions and providing necessary details such as the Iqama or Border Number and date of birth.
After setting up Tawakkalna accounts for your family members, you can add them as companions by entering their Iqama Number and date of birth. Once added, they will appear in the app, ready for the next step, which is booking the Umrah appointment.

The booking process is straightforward, asking for the selection of companions, date and time, and assembly point for the Umrah.
How to book Noble Rawdah (Riyaz ul Jannah) Permit using Nusuk
Application allows you to book permits for praying in the Noble Rawdah (Riyaz ul Jannah) in Medina.
After selecting the time and date for prayer, men will be assigned to enter through Bilal Gate No. 38. However, while women will use Uthman bin Affan Gate No. 24. Women have specific time slots for entering Riyaz ul Jannah, which vary throughout the week.
