The Number Of Pilgrims From Within The Saudia Arabia Has Increased. As more than 60,000 pilgrims a day are allowed to perform Umrah in Saudi Arabia. Therefore many Saudis and foreigners are arriving at the Grand Mosque from within the country. 

According to the local website, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is issuing daily Umrah permits in eight shifts. Saudis and expatriates from within the country are taking full advantage of this facility.

 Meanwhile, many students have started arriving at the Masjid-ul-Haram. But with the issuance of permits to people between the ages of 12 and 18.

Hani Al-Amiri, a Hajj and Umrah and Pilgrimage National Company member in Saudi Arabia, said that “2 million people will perform Umrah monthly from Muharram 1st. The number of Umrah pilgrims in the Masjid al-Haram increased.”

“The decision to increase the number of Umrah pilgrims will increase the number of hotels, shopping malls, transport, restaurants, and businesses in Makkah and Madinah,” he said.

It should note that vaccination is a condition for issuing Umrah from within the country, visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, and issuing prayer permits in the Grand Mosque.
