(2)- Once you clicked on Sign up, a new tab will be redirected. Where you have to put your mobile phone. (Select your country code and add your phone number).
(3)- After clicking on “send verification pin” you will redirected to a verification tab and you will get a verification code at your registered mobile phone number. Make sure that you have the registered mobile phone sim card in your possession. So that you can register your account easily.
(4)- Put the 4-digit verification code in the OTP tab and click on verify. In case if you didn’t receive the verification number you can click on the “RESEND” button in order to get the OTP.
(5)- After putting in your phone number you will be redirected to a registration page in which you have to put some basic details.
Add Basic Details:
(1)- In the “FIRST NAME / الاسم الاول” tab you have to write your first name. Make sure you have written the exact name as it is written on IQAMA or resident card.
(2)- In the “LAST NAME / الاسم الاخير” tab you have to write your last name according to the name in IQAMA or resident card.
(3)- In the “USER NAME / اسم المستخدم” tab you have to write a user name for yourself.
(4)- In the “EMAIL / البريد الإلكتروني” tab you have to give your authentic and valid email account.
(5)- In the “PASSWORD /كلمه السر” tab you have to write a strong password
(6)- In the “GENDER / الجنس ” tab you have put your gender either male or female.
(7)- In the “DATE OF BIRTH / تاريخ الولادة” tab you have to write your exact date of birth which is written on your resident card.
(8)- At the end of the registration page you will see some terms and policies. If you agree with it you have to click on the sign-up button in order to register your account.
(9)- After doing all the above steps, you will log in to your profile and here you will see a bunch of services provided by this application

Procedure to Get Specialize Consultations
Although, the application is eco-friendly and everybody can use it easily but on the safe side you have to keep in mind that every consultation charges you a bit of money which is non-refundable. So, in order to make your consultation efficient, you have to follow the below procedure carefully.
(1)- On the home page of the CURA application you will see an option of Specialized consultation. Click on this specialized consultation button in order to get an online 15 minutes consultation from specialized doctors of corresponding fields.
(2)- After opening the specialize consultation tab you will be redirected to a new tab in which you have to choose doctors.
(3)- Once you clicked on choose doctors, you will be redirected to the specific doctor field in the “HEALTH AND CONCERNS & SPECIALITIES” tab. In this tab, you have to choose your required medical checkup category from a list of 34 given categories.
(4)- After choosing your required category for example “Dermatology”. You will be re-directed to a detailed list of available doctors with patient reviews and short descriptions. Doctors which have green status will get back to you in under 6 hours whereas doctors having yellow status will get back to you in under a day. But if a doctor has red status then it means he is not available for the day.
(5)- After selecting the doctor, you will have to click on the “Consult” button from the given options in order to book that doctor.

(7)- After that, you have to make a payment of consultation fees depending upon the doctor’s required fee (Majorly depends upon doctor category and specialization) along with 15% of VAT (Value Added Tax) using “CURA CREDIT” or any sort of credit card.
(7)- Once you filled in all the above information, you have to click on “BOOK THE CONSULTATION”.
Note: “You can use your booking anytime between 2 hours to 48 hours after issuing the appointment”
Procedure to Get Instant Consultations:
(1)- On the home page of the CURA application you will see an option of instant consultation. Click on this instant consultation button in order to get a quick 5 minutes health inquiry online consultation in a matter of minutes or even seconds.
(2)- After opening the instant consultation tab you will redirect to a new tab in which you have to choose your membership package.

(3)- Once you have selected your membership package you have to click on the continue button in order to move to the next step
(4)- After that, you will be redirected to a page where you can choose doctors and get instant 5 minutes consultation according to your need and you can switch from text to voice or video call.
Procedure To Get Well-Being Program:
